While God is fashioning us in the womb, where does our spirit come from, God or Adam?
Answer this question correctly and you are well on your way to realizing that the man-made tradtion that we are born spiritually dead and alienated from God is fals.
Answer this incorrectly, then you will have a long road ahead to getting to the truth of whether we are born hostile to God or in a loving relationship with our maker.
For help, study Zechariah 12:1 that tells us that God fashioned our spirit within us from our beginning.
Also, look at Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

Origiinal sin proponent will take verses out of context to support their view. For example, “The wicked are estranged from the womb; These who speak lies go astray from birth.” (Psalm 58:3). But when the verse is taken in context, one can rightly see that this is just hyperbolic poetry because the chapter goes on to say babies have venom, fangs,and their ears are deaf like a cobra. Then the Pslamist calls for God to break their fangs, make them flow away like water, let them melt away like snails, let them be like a miscarriage, and so forth.
